Jason Watt, tenor, is the assistant choir director at Kingwood High School .and a member of the schola cantorum at the Co-cathedral of the Sacred Heart. He received his undergraduate degree from Ohio State University in 2004. While in Ohio, he was a member of several on-campus choral groups, assistant director and accompanist for the Trinity United Methodist Church Children’s Choir, and a soloist and section leader for the Trinity United Methodist Church Chancel Choir. He also appeared with the Ohio State University Opera and Opera Columbus in performances of Verdi’s Rigoletto, Mozart’s Die Zauberflöte, Puccini’s La Bohème, Gilbert and Sullivan’s HMS Pinafore, and the musical, Camelot. . Jason has sung with the Houston Chamber Choir since 2007.
