One ROCKSTAR Anonymous Donor has pledged $30,000 towards our Summer Campaign, under the condition that together we raise $60,000!
For every dollar you give between now and September 8, 2019, the Houston Chamber Choir will receive a dollar-for-dollar match, up to $30,000! To kick off the matching gift challenge, Founder and Artistic Director Robert Simpson has donated the first $2,000. Add your name to the list today!

$60,000 Matching Gift Challenge
This season we need our community’s support more than ever as we plan the trip of a lifetime! Become an official sponsor of our trip to Auckland, New Zealand by donating today. In July of 2020, we will represent our community on the world stage as part of the 12th World Symposium on Choral Music, fondly referred to as the ‘Choral Olympics’ hosted by the International Federation for Choral Music. This prestigious honor has been bestowed to just 24 choirs selected from 179 professional ensembles across the world.
Additionally, a charitable contribution to the Houston Chamber Choir is a gift that will delight and inspire many across our community and will impact our diverse range of artists all season long. This year we are expanding our season to include 14 performances instead of our traditional 11 performances, and growing our Choir roster from 20 singers to 24. The season includes collaborations with Holocaust Museum Houston, Da Camera, composers Bob Chilcott and James Whitbourn, and others.

Give to the Annual Fund
Your generous gift is applied to many important areas throughout the year such as:
Fully compensating each and every one of our Choir members as well as hired instrumentalists, dancers, and the other special guest artists presented each season!
Funding allows us to present all of our concerts throughout the year, including free performances at Miller Outdoor Theatre where thousands of Houstonians are welcome to enjoy an evening of music, and our annual invitational choral festival, Hear the Future which impacts hundreds of school age children each year.
Our educational outreach programs that serve students of all ages, from elementary school to graduate school. Our education programs benefit students and their music educators on a variety of levels!
Future recording projects and new works and commissions. In the last 12 months we have released two albums, Behold The Star! Christmas at the Villa, a CD featuring selections from Villa performances over the years, and The Complete Choral Works of Maurice Duruflé, recorded with world renowned organist Ken Cowan, released by Signum Classics! Your support allows us to continue these important projects!
